A day to step away from routines and busyness, to decompress, to center ourselves
Join us for a day of silent practice. We’ll intersperse thirty-minute periods of sitting meditation on chairs or cushions with Qi Gong, yoga, stretching, and walking meditation.
We’ll begin with introductions and discussion of the practice. At other times, we’ll observe silence.
At about 4:00 we’ll break silence and have tea together.
Bring a bag lunch and preferred drinks. Coffee and tea will be available.
Time: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Cost: $50 donation for those who can afford it; $20 minimum to cover incidentals.
